Das Exemplar welches mir mitgegeben wurde ist teurer und mir eine Nummer zu klein. Als ich das Stück umtauschen wollte sagte man mir (obwohl man sich an meinen Kauf erinnern konnte ! ) dass ich lediglich einen Gutschein bekommen könne . Ich fände dieses Handeln auch in Ordnung wenn ich meine Meinung nach dem Kauf geändert hätte ,was jedoch nicht der Fall war, da der Fehler des falschen Einpackens nicht bei mir lag. Da kann man ja noch von Glück reden, dass der falsche Pullover nur 25 Euro teurer war und nicht mehr... I went to the store to buy a black sweater, instead they packed the wrong one. The copy that was given to me is more expensive and one size too small for me. When I wanted to exchange the piece I was told (although I could remember my purchase!) That I could only get a voucher. I would be okay with doing this if I had changed my mind after buying it, but that wasn't the case because the mistake of incorrectly packing was not my fault. You can still be lucky that the wrong sweater was only 25 euros more expensive and no more ...

Hatte meiner Frau Pullover aus der Hand genommen (meine Frau wollte es kaufen) und sagte das vorerst muss es andere Kundin ausprobieren ob es ihr nicht passt. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Very unpleasant and unprofessional saleswoman. I took a sweater out of my wife's hand (my wife wanted to buy it) and said that first of all, other customers have to try it to see if it doesn't fit her. I have never experienced anything like it.
