Als Antwort kam von ihm, er habe auch andere Sachen zu tun ich solle warten falls ich das nicht wolle, sei er nicht auf diesen Auftrag angewiesen. Für einen Auftrag der um die 10.000 EUR gekostet hätte finde ich diese Antwort sehr unfreundlich und nicht gerade professionell. Heute hatten wir den jährlichen Service. Dem Mitarbeiter ist neben seiner Aufgabe auch noch aufgefallen, dass der Druck der Solaranlage niedrig ist. Auch noch eine zweite Beobachtung hat mir gezeigt, dass hier noch ein echter Fachmann am Werk ist. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn wir mehr solche Fachkräfte hätten. Grosses Lob und weiter so. Wir haben es dann trotzdem noch weiter versucht, sie selber wieder zum Laufen zu bringen und haben es dann auch tatsächlich geschafft. Daraufhin haben wir also nochmal angerufen und den Termin wieder storniert, weil wir ihn nun ja doch nicht mehr brauchten, woraufhin wir am Telefon nur angeschnauzt wurden. Sehr unprofessionell!
