★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Tour an sich war sehr nett und wir hatten viel Spaß. Allerdings... Betreuung bzw Erklärung des "Guides" gleich null. Waren zu 9t in 2 Kajaks und 2 weitere Boote mit einer uns fremden Gruppe.
1.kam 15 bis 20 Minuten zu spät zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt
2. Die andere Gruppe kam mit ihm mit dem Auto, wir mussten zu Fuß gehen. (eigentl. Kein Problem, ist ein netter Spaziergang.... aber..?
3. Nachdem die Kanus und wir darin endlich im Wasser waren, hat er uns(blutige Anfänger, bzw auch Kinder und Jugend dabei) alleine losgeschickt da er das Auto wegbringen musste.
4. Er war meinen Töchtern(11u21)äußerst unangenehm und hat ständig gemeint ein Mädel muss bei ihm mitfahren, da die Kids das navigieren nicht beherrschen weil sie ja "nur Frauen sind" Das haben wir dann nicht zugelassen und dann hat er sich endlich bequemt es ihnen anständig zu erklären. Der Gipfel war dann noch zum Abschluss. Wir wollten alle gemeinsam noch einkehren. Da das Wetter aber umgeschlagen hat, haben wir beschlossen, nach einem Getränk aufzubrechen um trocken zum Auto zu kommen. Die 2te Gruppe blieb noch zum Essen. Da durften wir dann alleine alle Boote auf den Hänger heben.
Fazit 340 € für vielleicht tatsächliche 4 Stunden wären ja ok. Leider hatten wir, auf Grund der nicht vorhandenen Betreuung das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden.
The tour itself was very nice and we had a lot of fun. However ... support or explanation of the "guide" was zero. We were 9t in 2 kayaks and 2 other boats with a group that was strange to us.
1. Arrived 15 to 20 minutes late at the appointed time
2. The other group came with him by car, we had to walk. (Actually no problem, it's a nice walk .... but ..?
3. After the canoes and we were finally in the water, he sent us (absolute beginners, and children and young people with us) alone because he had to take the car away.
4. He was extremely uncomfortable with my daughters (11u21) and always said a girl had to go with him because the kids couldn't navigate because they were "only women". We didn't allow that and then he finally made himself comfortable explain it properly to them. See there women can do it too if they know how
The summit was then at the end. We all wanted to stop by together. But since the weather has changed, we decided to leave after a drink to get to the car dry. The 2nd group stayed to eat. Then we were allowed to lift all the boats on to the trailer alone.
Conclusion 340 € for maybe an actual 4 hours would be ok. Unfortunately we had the feeling that we were being ripped off due to the lack of support.
