Also for beginners to be recommended! Training in the group is more fun anyway. Super nice team!

At first I could not imagine anything like that and now I am completely enthusiastic and fully motivated. Also for the generation 50+ (like me) .. great, professional training which is really fun. I can only recommend ?

Mein Körper freut sich jedes Mal über neue Muskeln die er spüren darf wovon er dachte es gibt sie nicht. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen und ihr müsst es auch fühlen ?????✨??
Sporting professionalism at its best. Trained coaching team which takes time for each individual. Sport, fun and heart united in one place. My body is always happy about new muscles he can feel what he thought it does not exist. I can only recommend it to anyone and you have to feel it too ?????✨??

Habe spontan einen Drop In gemacht. Sehr coole Location, es fehlt nichts an Equipment, professionelle Coaches ebenso wie Workouts. Hat mega viel Spaß gemacht und würde jederzeit wieder auf einen Drop In vorbeischauen :)

Did a drop in spontaneously. Very cool location, there is nothing missing in terms of equipment, professional coaches as well as workouts. It was a lot of fun and would stop by for a drop in anytime :)
