Nach der ersten Kontrolle vom Rauchfangkehrer mussten wir Firma nochmal anrufen, weil Schornstein nach ihrer Arbeit undicht war! , es waren Stellen wo ganze Löcher (mit Kamera nachgewiesen) sichtbar waren. Auch nach dem zweiten Besuch war Arbeit leider nicht gut genug. Immer Ziegelstellen ohne Mörtel sichtbar. Wir mussten andere Firma rufen. Die Kosten haben wir bei Firma Wagnest nachgefragt, ohne Antwort!! Unprofessionäl, mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Hände weg. Absolute disaster. The company was with us to renovate an old fireplace. After the first inspection of the chimney sweep, we had to call the company again because the chimney was leaking after work! , there were places where whole holes (detected with a camera) were visible. Unfortunately, even after the second visit, work was not good enough. Always visible brick areas without mortar. We had to call another company. We asked the company Wagnest about the costs, without an answer !! Unprofessional, I can't say more. Hands off.
