★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbares altes, schlichtes Kirchlein am Kalvarienberg oberhalb von Sankt Wolfgang. Während unten im Ort Trubel herrscht, ist es hier droben meist erstaunlich ruhig und idyllisch. Man genießt die Beschaulichkeit und den Blick auf Ort und See und lässt die Seele baumeln. Knapp neben der Kirche - am Ende des Kalvarienberg-Kreuzweges - findet man wenige Schritte tiefer eine Grabesdarstellung Christi. - Zu Fuß ist man über mäßig steilen, gut ausgebauten Weg, vorbei an mehreren Kreuzwegkapellen, in etwa 15 bis 20 bequemen Minuten heroben.
Anm. zum Foto in der Rezension: Bitte keine Kerzen ohne Aufsicht! Erst recht nicht auf/bei Bauteilen aus Holz! Danke!
 Wonderful old, simple church on the Kalvarienberg above Sankt Wolfgang. While there is hustle and bustle in the village, it is mostly surprisingly quiet and idyllic up here. You can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the place and the lake and let your mind wander. Just next to the church - at the end of the Calvary Way of the Cross - you will find a tomb of Christ a few steps below. - You can walk to the moderately steep, well-developed path, past several chapels of the Way of the Cross, in about 15 to 20 comfortable minutes.
