★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine und intime Kirche als Höhepunkt des Kreuzweges mit interessanter Gestaltung des Altarraumes. Die einzelnen Wegkapellen leider in schlechtem Zustand und anscheinend nicht mehr vollzählig erhalten. Auch die Grabkapelle links der Kirche desolat, aber anscheinend für eine Restaurierung vorgesehen. Drei interessante Figurengruppen an der Fassade. Es gibt bei der Kirche auch einige Kleindenkmäler (Antoniusgrotte, Christus in der Rast und ein Bildstock)
Small and intimate church as the highlight of the Way of the Cross with an interesting design of the chancel. The individual path chapels are unfortunately in poor condition and apparently no longer completely preserved. The burial chapel to the left of the church is also desolate, but apparently intended for restoration. Three interesting groups of figures on the facade. There are also some small monuments near the church (Antonius grotto, Christ at rest and a wayside shrine)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute war die Taufe meiner Enkelin Lea. Sie ist die 3te Tochter meines Sohnes und auch die erste Tochter haben wir damals im März 2011 allerdings bei sehr kaltem sonnigem Winterwetter in der Kalvarienbergkirche getauft. Es war wie ein deja vu , diese Kirche eignet sich besonders für kleinere Familienfeiern insbesondere Taufen , ich fühlte mich dort, obwohl evangelisch sehr wohl und der junge Pfarrer, der leider gleich im Anschluss nach Kremsmünster fahren musste zu einer Hochzeit verstand es auch die jungen Taufgäste anzusprechen, ich war begeistert obwohl ich leider ob meines schlechten Gehörs nicht alles verstand und der Pfarrer sehr leise sprach. Allgemein waren wir sehr zufrieden, um so mehr als der Pfarrer über eine viertel Stunde auf Nachzügler Gäste gewartet hatte , was sicher NICHT selbstverständlich ist.
Diese Kirche in Bad Isch ist ein Kleinod das sicher einen Besuch wert insbesondere am Wochenende wenn Konzerte, Taufen und Trauungen stattfinden. Sehr zu empfehlen.??????♀️?♂️?? ?♀️?????⛲
Today was the baptism of my granddaughter Lea. She is the 3rd daughter of my son and we also baptized the first daughter in March 2011 in the Kalvarienbergkirche in very cold, sunny winter weather. It was like a deja vu, this church is particularly suitable for smaller family celebrations, especially baptisms, I felt very comfortable there, although Protestant and the young priest, who unfortunately had to go to Kremsmünster immediately afterwards, also understood the young baptized guests to speak to, I was thrilled, although unfortunately I did not understand everything because of my poor hearing and the pastor spoke very quietly. In general we were very satisfied, especially as the pastor had waited over a quarter of an hour for latecomers, which is certainly NOT a matter of course.
This church in Bad Isch is a gem that is definitely worth a visit, especially on weekends when concerts, baptisms and weddings take place. Highly recommended. ?♀️?????⛲
