Vaillant konnte für ihr eigenes Erzeugnis nicht einmal eine Lösung anbieten und Kälte West hat die Lösung innerhalb von 4 Tagen bestellt und eingebaut. Zusätzlich nahmen sie sich Zeit für 30 Minuten technische Erläuterung am Telefon wofür sie keinen Cent verrechnet haben. Top! Saved a lot of money on my geothermal heat pump. Vaillant was not even able to offer a solution for its own product, and Kühl West ordered and installed the solution within 4 days. In addition, they took the time for 30 minutes of technical explanation on the phone for which they did not charge a cent. Top!
A	A. v. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr endtäuschend Nach mehrmaligen nachhacken kam der Monteur nach ca 5 Wochen um sich der Sache an zu nehmen. Nach weiteren 6 Wochen immer noch kein Anbot erhalten. Ich finde den Monteur auch sehr unverschämt da er ohne Auffordung einfach in die Wohnung geht. Very disappointing After several chops, the fitter came after about 5 weeks to take care of the matter. Still got no offer after another 6 weeks. I also think the fitter is very outrageous because he simply goes into the apartment without being asked to do so.
