★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und kompetenter Erstkontakt. Es wurde ein gemeinsamer Besichtigungstermin vor Ort vereinbart, zu dem Herr Kallaus ohne Angabe von Gründen bzw. ohne telefonischem Feedback nicht erschienen ist. Zeit ist Geld -> auch für den Kunden! So ein Verhalten ist absolut indiskutabel & auch nicht tolerierbar. Daher ist diese Firma in keinster Weise zu empfehlen.
 Very nice and competent first contact. A joint on-site visit was arranged, to which Mr. Kallaus did not appear without giving reasons or without telephone feedback. Time is money -> also for the customer! Such a behavior is absolutely unacceptable and not tolerable. Therefore, this company is in no way recommended.
