Halbe Stunde später wurde diese seitens Hotelbetreiber storniert mit der Behauptung es gäbe eine Doppelbuchung. 2 Stunden später wurde uns das selbe Zimmer im Hotel direkt zum höheren Preis wieder verkauft. Ich hatte das Touristikbüro informiert und bekam seitens Geschäftsführung folgende Antwort, woraus zu erkennen ist dass die Belange der Kunden schlicht und einfach nicht ernst genommen werden: ################## Wie uns die Unterkunftsbetreiber glaubhaft versicherten, handelte es sich hier um einen Wartungsfehler. Natürlich ist diese Erklärung für Sie nicht befriedigend und wir werden alles unternehmen, dass solche Fehler in Zukunft nicht vorkommen, aber man muss auch nicht hinter allem und jedem einen Versuch der Abzocke vermuten. ################## (Zur Erinnerung, wir haben in den Zimmer übernachtet, trotz angeblicher Doppelbuchungen und Wartungfehler. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl abgezockt ?) We booked an overnight stay here and received confirmation. Half an hour later this was canceled by the hotel operator with the claim that there was a double booking. 2 hours later the same room in the hotel was sold to us again at a higher price. I had informed the tourist office and received the following reply from the management, from which it can be seen that the interests of the customers are simply not taken seriously: ################## As the accommodation operators credibly assured us, this was a maintenance error. Of course, this explanation is not satisfactory for you and we will do everything we can to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future, but you do not have to suspect an attempt to rip off everything and everyone. ################## (As a reminder, we stayed in the room despite alleged double bookings and maintenance errors. I feel very well ripped off ?)

Die Gäste Kaiserwinkl Card können wir nicht empfehlen- sie kostet mehr wie man spart und gilt nur unter bestimmten Bedingungen. Für uns gar nicht gelohnt Also open on Sundays, very practical. Free information is practical and informative. We cannot recommend the guests Kaiserwinkl Card - it costs more as you save and is only valid under certain conditions. Not worth it for us
