I didn't discuss, but he clearly tried to rip us off. Plain dishonest. For a few extra euro today, he lost me as customer. Avoid this place.

The second time was a disaster: - The food tasted bad - Some people didn't get their food until everyone else already finished their plate - They just forgot to serve one person - The staff was rude and just ignored questions - They added dishes to our bill that we didn't order Would not eat here again..

He wanted to withhold service charge himself which I did not accept. Then I found out I had the bill from another table which was of course higher. Staff member is not interested in service but only to rip you off. Avoid this place
A	Adrián Németh (Ady) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 6 restaurants, Kaiserstubn was the only place where they gave us a table without reservation after 5 o'clock, when no other place did in Flachau, and thats a huge plus for them. Actually caring about people, other than holding empty tables for larger groups, hoping for a larger bill. We went here two times, and despite the lower rating than other places around, it was a rather pleasant experience. The prices are okay, the food was tasty and the amount was average. The service was fast, and kind, smiling and paying attention. Thank you very much.

It lacks something extra, that the other restaurants have nearby, but it's still a pleasant experience. The service is fast and always smiling and the food was tasty too. Expected something different for the Spätzle, but the other dishes were really nice.
