A historic place. The beginning of the Wienfluss. Was visited by Empress Elisabeth in 1882. A nice hike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht allzu steile Familienwanderung vom Steinerhof weg. Im Sommer tropft die Quelle nur, aber der Wald mit seinen hohen Buchen ist ein netter Ort.
Not too steep family hike away from the Steinerhof. In summer the spring only drips, but the forest with its tall beeches is a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??❤️ Quelle der Wien ❤️?? Ein ganz ein ruhiger Ort der nicht überlaufen ist. Man kann hier auf einem kleinen Bankerl neben der Quelle Platz nehmen und a bissi Luft tanken. Eine schöne kleine Wanderung durch den Wienerwald. EV im Spätsommer ein Sackerl für Schwammerl mit nehmen???
??❤️ Quelle der Wien ❤️?? A very quiet place that is not overcrowded. You can take a seat here on a small bench next to the spring and take a bite of the air. A nice little hike through the Vienna Woods. EV take a bag for mushrooms with you in late summerom
