★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lieferung erfolgte ausgesprochen rasch. Das Regal (S20) ist hochwertig und entspricht gewerblichen Qualitätskriterien (sehr erfreulich, dass auch an Privatpersonen verkauft wird!).
Der Zusammenbau ist einfach und auch ein Nicht-Heimwerker benötigt hier keine Assistenz.
Eine ausführliche Montageanleitung wird mitgeliefert und ist auch auf der Homepage zu finden.
Ein Gummihammer und ein Schraubenzieher (zum Umbiegen von Sicherungslaschen), mehr wird als Werkzeug nicht gebraucht.
The delivery was extremely quick. The shelf (S20) is of high quality and meets commercial quality criteria (very gratifying that it is also sold to private individuals!).
The assembly is simple and even a non-DIY enthusiast does not need any assistance here.
Detailed installation instructions are included and can also be found on the homepage.
A rubber mallet and a screwdriver (for bending safety tabs), that's all you need as a tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualitativ gut, aber in der Auftragsabwicklung schleppend, bzw. schlechte Kommunikation. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass bei fehlenden Teilen eine Rücksprache stattfindet ob wir eine Teil- oder komplettlieferung möchten.
Zu dem angegebenen ca. Ladetermin kommen dann noch ein paar Tage dazu und dann kommt die Ware aus einem Zentrallager in Österreich.
Also eilig sollte man es nicht haben.
Good quality, but sluggish in order processing, or poor communication. I would have liked that if there were missing parts, we would have to consult whether we would like a partial or complete delivery.
A few more days are then added to the approximate loading date and then the goods come from a central warehouse in Austria.
So you shouldn't be in a hurry.
