★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fine for diesel but watch out! I bought €30 of Drei credit here on 7 June 2019 and it didn’t work, Drei said the number was already used. I was at the start of a roadtrip and on my return to Vienna had to buy more Drei credit from the bank. Then went to Drei and they told me I had to go to BP for a refund. When I went back today the employee would not refund my money or give me new credit despite having the receipts and texts on my phone showing it did not work right after I bought it. The employee said I need to call back when the manager was there because I could have used it for another phone. I was basically accused of trying to steal by the place that ripped me off!! Not good business practices
The owner has been responsive to concerns and the issue is being resolved. Seems the problem is with Drei.
