â â â â â Der Arzt kennt sich aus, weiĂ ganz genau was zu machen ist. Jedoch hat er eine unmögliche Art. Bei der Blutabnahme unserer Katze (die sehr wild war) hat er die Assistentin extrem angeschrien, dass es allen unangenehm war. Das muss nicht sein und so geht man mit den Mitarbeitern nicht um!!!!!!! ĂuĂerst primitiv. Sogar die Leute im Wartezimmer haben es gehört.
Die 5 Sterne sind fĂŒr die Leistung da es unserer Katze besser geht und fĂŒr die Assistentin!
Kommen gerne wieder.
 The doctor knows his way around, knows exactly what to do. However, he has an impossible manner. When our cat's blood was drawn (which was very wild) he yelled at the assistant extremely that it was all uncomfortable. That doesn't have to be the case and that's not how you treat employees !!!!!!! Extremely primitive. Even the people in the waiting room heard it.
The 5 stars are for the performance because our cat is better and for the assistant!
We'd love to come back.

â â â â â Toller Tierarzt mit viel Erfahrung und sehr angenehm ruhig und entspannt ... was fĂŒr meine Mieze (16jahre alt) sehr von Vorteil ist ... Nimmt sich Zeit und erklĂ€rt alles sehr gut und fĂŒr einen Laien wirklich gut verstĂ€ndlich!
Great veterinarian with a lot of experience and very pleasantly calm and relaxed ... which is very beneficial for my kitty (16 years old) ... Takes time and explains everything very well and really easy to understand for a layperson!

â â â â â Luna hat es leider nicht geschafft obwohl Dr. Kaiser und sein Team alles versucht haben sie zu retten. Luna wurde liebevoll und kompetent versorgt. Dr Kaiser nimmt sich immer die Zeit fĂŒr GesprĂ€che und man fĂŒhlt sich auch als Mensch gut aufgehoben. Danke ?????
Unfortunately, Luna did not manage it though. Kaiser and his team have tried everything to save her. Luna was lovingly and competently cared for. Dr Kaiser always takes the time to talk and you feel well cared for as a person. Thank you

â â â â â Ich habe im Zuge eines GesprĂ€chs vom Schutzengeldorf erfahren und von der Praxis von Dr.Bernhard Kaiser, mir wurde gesagt das Dr.Kaiser schon oftmals hoffnungslosen FĂ€llen helfen konnte und er auch immer wieder mit verschiedenen Spezialisten zusammen arbeitet. Ich war gestern Abend das erste mal dort da gestern auch Dr. Kneifl anwesend war und ich muss sagen das ich mich dort wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt habe(ich leide unter einer Sozialphobie,Angst u. Panikatacken) ich wurde freundlich empfangen und die Untersuchung begann ohne Wartezeit. Ich persönlich fand Dr. Kaiser sowie Dr. Kneifl sehr sympathisch und Ă€uĂerst kompetent und ich werde in Zukunft nur mehr zu Dr.Kaiser fahren da ich in den letzten Jahren leider einige schlechte Erfahrungen mit TĂ gemacht habe und dadurch meinen Seelenkater verloren habe. In anderen Praxen wird immer nur Antibiotika u.Schmerzmittel verschrieben ohne das vorher Proben eingeschickt wurden?zu 90% wird einem eine Wurmkur angedreht ohne das eine Kotprobe eingeschickt wird und viele TĂ wollen einem auch Impfungen aufschwĂ€tzen....fĂŒr mich ein weiterer Grund zu Dr. Bernhard K.zu wechseln. Preislich kann ich noch nicht viel sagen da es gestern nur eine kl.Untersuchung war und dafĂŒr habe ich den Preis absolut angemessen gefunden da Dr. Kneifl dafĂŒr extra in die Ordination von Dr.Kaiser kam. Die Ordination selbst fand ich schön und sauber.
During a conversation I learned about Schutzengeldorf and the practice of Dr.Bernhard Kaiser, I was told that Dr.Kaiser was often able to help hopeless cases and that he always worked with different specialists. I was there for the first time last night since yesterday also Dr. Kneifl was present and I have to say that I felt really comfortable there (I suffer from social phobia, fear and panic attacks). I was greeted warmly and the examination started without waiting. I personally found Dr. Kaiser and Dr. Kneifl is very personable and extremely competent and in the future I will only go to Dr.Kaiser because unfortunately I have had some bad experiences with vet in the past years and have lost my soul hangover. In other practices, only antibiotics and pain relievers are prescribed without samples having been sent in beforehand? 90% of them are wormed without sending in a sample of faeces and many vets want to talk about vaccinations ... for me another reason Dr. Bernhard K. to switch. In terms of price, I can't say much since it was only a small examination yesterday and I found the price to be absolutely reasonable because Dr. Kneifl came to the ordination of Dr. Kaiser. I found the ordination itself nice and clean.
