This is the best japanese restaurant that I know of. It's authentic, simple but beautiful, yet the dishes are the main attraction. Everytime I have the pleasure to eat here, I'm reminded why you need to be lucky to get a table for one when coming without reservation. Once again, it was fabulous. I considered not reviewing it, just to keep it under the radar.

We are not very much impressed by this Japanese restaurant… the salmon nigiri ? were not finely cut and well presented… the chicken teriyaki did not taste like a real teriyaki… there will be no next time

Japan definitely is on my list, but I haven't seen it yet. Therefore I can't tell you if it's a truly japanese experience here (though it very much seems to be). But I can tell you it's amazing! It's run by a japanese guy as far as I know and the food is absolutely stunning. Not only is it delicious, it's also presented deliciously in those bento boxes shown on my images. You also get gorgeous japanese white wine and desserts to go along with your meal. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I'd recommend you to do a reservation for a table prior. It's not cheap, but definitely worth it.

What a nice surprise. Good Sushi. We ordered normal miso soup and fish miso soup. I would recommend the fish miso. There was so many fish in it so it was almost a main dish rather than a starter. Good deal. We ordered Edamame as another starter. Well nothing was special about it. Kids love it. Healthy choice. Then we ordered sushi plate which was decent. We also had udon and chicken grill with rice. Udon had no meat in it (as it was mentioned in the menu) but still it was tasty. I am not so sure if it was vegan/vegetarian but for sure it is a good choice. Chicken grill was also decent. I can not complain. I liked the vegetables served next to it. As desert we had matcha ice cream. Kids didn’t like the matcha taste which is no surprise. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was close to the restaurants in Japan. We enjoyed a lot from this experience. PS: They have Yamazaki 12 on the bar shelf but they don’t sell it. Even though I insisted with the chef, couldn’t manage to have it.☹️

Authentic Japanese restaurant! The udon noodle is very simple but tastes well, sashimi is fresh and salad with tofu is also very refreshing. After several data’s meat and big dinner, good to make your stomach light and healthy!
