H	Hans Werner Lhotzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab mich wirklich auf den Abend im Maximilian gefreut und wurde herb enttäuscht. Die vielen guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Das Essen war - obwohl frisch zubereitet(dafür die zwei Sterne) - bereits lauwarm als es an unseren Tisch kam. Der Kochstil stammt aus den späten 70ern und selbst damals gab es bessere Schnitzel. Der Backhendl Salat richtet sich vermutlich an unsere deutschen Touristen, obwohl die unter Tunke vermutlich etwas anderes verstehen, als die Backhendl in Essig zu baden. Als drittes gab es ein gekochtes Rindfleisch, dem noch eine gute Stunde Kochzeit fehlte und die beigefügten Rahmfisolen waren mit Mehl eingedickt, was ich noch einigermaßen gut aus der Zeit meiner Großmutter in Erinnerung habe. Der Wirt/Koch hatte anscheinend seinen schlechten Tag als er uns bediente, denn es kommt anderswo selten vor, dass jemand so ungeduldig und schnippisch mit seinen Gästen umgeht. Ein, zwei Kochkurse und ein Benimmkurs wären eine gute Investition, falls er mit seinem Lokal überleben will. I was really looking forward to the evening in Maximilian and was bitterly disappointed. I can not really understand the many good reviews. The food was - although freshly prepared (for the two stars) - already lukewarm when it came to our table. The cooking style dates back to the late 70's and even then there were better Schnitzel. The Backhendl salad is probably geared towards our German tourists, although those under the name of Tunke probably understand something else than to bathe the fried chicken in vinegar. Third, there was a boiled beef, which was still missing a good hour of cooking time and the included creamed fish were thickened with flour, which I remember reasonably well from the time of my grandmother. The host / chef apparently had his bad day when he served us, because it rarely happens that someone is so impatient and snippy with his guests. One, two cooking classes and a Benimmkurs would be a good investment, if he wants to survive with his local.

Schnitzel aus der Pfanne und keine Friteuse Kinder Hunde werden auch liebevoll behandelt. Ich bin täglich öfters als Stammgast und alles was ich möchte auch wenn es nicht auf der Karte steht ist möglich solange die Zutaten vorhanden sind ! Wenn es nicht tadellos wäre würde ich nicht hingehen ! Tadellose Qualität frisch und schnell ! Das beste Lokal am Platz ein freunlicher Chef außer der Gast ist einfach der FALSCHE ! Deshalb gehe ich hin, er hält mir die vom Leibe. Danke Thomas! Thomas ist sehr kinderfreundlich hat sogar für Kinder ein paar Spielsachen da. Man fühlt sich hier auf jeden Fall sehr gut aufgehoben und an Gesprächsstoff fehlt es nie. Waren nicht das letzte mal da! Were here for the first time today. The food was very good and the price-performance ratio was great! Thomas is very child-friendly even has some toys for children. You definitely feel in good hands here and there is never a lack of topics to talk about. Were not there last time!

Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist einfach sehr gut. Ich habe bis jetzt nur Kleinigkeiten gegessen aber die waren echt gut. Die Weinkarte ist überzeugend. Verstehe die "Lästerer" nicht ganz. In jedem Lokal wo Menschen arbeiten kann was vorkommen. War schon einige male dort. Mir ist das Lokal ans Herz gewachsen. I read some posts and find it really unjustified what some write. The service has always been excellent. The whole atmosphere is just very good. I've only eaten little things so far but they were really good. The wine list is convincing. Do not fully understand the "blasphemy". In every place where people work, what can happen. Been there a few times. The restaurant has grown dear to my heart.
B	Blaulicht - Spotting Österreich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren das aller erste mal dort im Lokal. Ich weiß nicht wo und wie ich anfangen soll. Man fühlt sich Herzlich eingeladen. Es wird um das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Die Bedienung und das Essen ist sehr sehr gut. Ich habe mich noch nie in einem Lokal so wohl gefühlt. Meine Tochter wurde was zum Spielen angeboten was auch sehr gut angekommen ist. Gäste die sich nicht kennen komm doch sehr schnell in einem Gespräch ? preis und Leistung sehr sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder. It was the first time we were there in the restaurant. I don't know where and how to start. You feel warmly invited. The physical well-being is taken care of. The service and the food is very, very good. I have never felt so comfortable in a restaurant. My daughter was offered something to play with, which was also very well received. Guests who do not know each other come very quickly in a conversation ? price and performance very very good. We will be back.

The food tastes so good to us every time. He is a lovable and friendly owner and great cook. We feel comfortable at his restaurant.
