★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server was an absolute gem ! Made recommendations for food and drinks and they were spot on. Food was delicious and I HIGHLY recommend the kaiserschmarrn. I am already planning my next visit back for more of this !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch outside. The food was nice... I think... However, basically every one around us was smoking resulting in a spoiled taste. A shame. The waitress was patient and friendly.

Went to eat here twice. First night in Ischl after our Hotel already close the thair Kitchen we went to k.u.k. and instantly i was impressed with the authentich decoration in the Resturant.
The Food that we got was very good but a bit to much of everything, specially the herbs that did not mix well.
The personal is also very Friendly here (not too common in Austria).
Anyhow i can defenitly recommend this Resturant.

Pleasant people, good choice of dishes and a separate beer menu. Will go there again to have a bite and a good pint.
Nothing formal here, just having a good time and a laugh is what they intend to give you. Like if you were at a friends place. I had a not-so-traditional dish that tasted just fine, will try the schnitzel next time... (but you can have that all day..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Austrian restaurant with beautiful decorations creating cozy ambience. The service was kind, but slow and most of the time uninterested and did not notice us that much. Prices were alright.
Roasted duck was delicious, just like the traditional pork soup. We can definetely recommend having a lunch or diner there. Not really a romantic place though.
