Hab 2 Drehstühle in Aktion,bestellt, auf meine Anfrage nach 1 woche, musste ich feststellen, das sie gar nicht bestellt waren und jetzt nur noch um den regulären Preis zu bekommen sind. Bin sehr entäuscht. Es hat sich auch keiner bemüht die Sache aufzuklären Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I ordered 2 swivel chairs in action, on my request after 1 week, I had to find out that they weren't even ordered and are now only available at the regular price. I am very disappointed. Nobody tried to clear up the matter
L	Leon Buerger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 5 Tagen von Innsbruck nach Vomp gefahren um einen Schirmständer zu kaufen. Nachdem er zwar lagernd aber noch nicht "ausgepackt" war, und dies auch vor dem Wochenende (es war Freitag) nicht mehr erledigt werden konnte, habe ich ihn auf meinen Namen inklusive Rufnummer reservieren lassen und mir wurde ein Anruf zugesichert sobald der Schirmständer abholbereit ist. Heute rufe ich dort an, niemand wusste irgendwie bescheid jedoch wurde mir bestätigt der Schirmständer ist noch vor Ort und ich könne ihn Abholen kommen. Also selbes Spiel erneut: Von Innsbruck nach Vomp, um endlich den Balkon fertig machen zu können. Ein Schirmständer mit einer Reservierung auf meinen Namen wurde geholt. Als ich dann aber bezahlt habe fällt mir auf, dass ich hier einen komplett anderen Schirmständer vor mir habe, als den den ich heute morgen erneut reserviert habe. Zu meiner großen Überraschung haben dann die zwei Damen vor Ort auch noch festgestellt dass der eigentliche Schirmständer gar nicht mehr lagernd ist. Bis auf einige KM auf mein Auto und so manche grauen Haare hat mir das zwar nicht geschadet aber BITTE BITTE BITTE lernt euer System kennen bevor ihr Kunden beratet oder führt am besten gleich nochmal eine Organisations- und Systemschulung vor Ort durch. Das hätte mir echt einiges erspart. In diesem Sinne noch einen schönen Tag! 5 days ago drove from Innsbruck to Vomp to buy an umbrella stand. After it was in stock but not yet "unpacked" and this could not be done before the weekend (it was Friday), I had it reserved in my name and phone number and I was assured a call as soon as the umbrella stand is ready to be picked up . Today I call there, nobody knew anything about it, but I was confirmed that the umbrella stand is still on site and I can come to pick it up. So the same game again: From Innsbruck to Vomp, to finally be able to finish the balcony. An umbrella stand with a reservation in my name was fetched. But when I paid, I noticed that I had a completely different umbrella stand in front of me than the one I reserved this morning. To my great surprise, the two women on site discovered that the actual umbrella stand was no longer in stock. Except for a few miles on my car and some gray hair, it didn't hurt me, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get to know your system before advising customers or, best of all, carry out an organizational and system training on site again. That would have really saved me a lot. With that in mind, have a nice day!

Very friendly and hard-working staff, the range is still the same as in the Danish bed warehouse mentioned above, only the name has changed.
