Sie würden ihn bestellen aber das dauert und sie weiß nicht einmal ob sie ihn bekommt. Auf die Frage ob sie andere ausziehbare Tische hätte gab's nur ein Nein. Auf meine Frage warum dann Prospekte verschickt werden, wenn sie eh nichts davon liefern können bekannt ich nur die Aussage, sie macht nicht die Werbung und es herrscht Rohstoffmangel. Freundlichkeit bzw. Bemühungen für den Kunden schaut meiner Meinung nach anders aus. Haben dann bei Jysk Krems bestellt. Zwar dort auch nicht lagernd aber die Dame am Telefon wenigstens sehr freundlich und vor allem bemüht. Actually wanted to buy a garden table with matching armchairs in horn. Unfortunately not in stock. Just received a snappy reply from the saleswoman. They would order it but it takes time and she doesn't even know if she will get it. When asked if she had other pull-out tables there was only one no. When I asked why brochures are sent out when they can't deliver anything anyway, I only know the statement that they don't advertise and there is a shortage of raw materials. Friendliness or efforts for the customer looks different in my opinion. Then ordered from Jysk Krems. Although not in stock there, the lady on the phone was at least very friendly and, above all, tried hard.
l	luca schweiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal kennt sich leider gar nicht aus bezüglich der Produkte die sie verkaufen. Unglaublich schnipische Antworten der Verkäuferinnen. Waren sind nicht schlecht und auch oft im Angebot. Service jedoch meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit. Unfortunately, staff are completely unfamiliar with the products they are selling. Incredibly snappy answers from the saleswomen. Goods are not bad and are often on offer. Service, however, in my opinion a cheek.
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Lockdown telefonisch bestellt, verspätet abgeholt, da es mir beim 1.Termin nicht möglich war. Ein ganz nettes, zuvorkommendes Team. Die Verkäuferin beim Abholen war top!!! So nett, engagiert, den Kundenkontakt gepflegt, einfach nur großartig. Solches Personal ist Goldes wert. WT Jysk könnte sich ein Beispiel nehmen. Horn top, top, top. Danke Ordered by phone in lockdown, picked up late because it was not possible for me on the first appointment. A very nice, courteous team. The saleswoman when picking up was great! So nice, dedicated, cultivated customer contact, just great. Such staff is worth its weight in gold. WT Jysk could take an example. Horn top, top, top. thank you
