R	Roderick O. Pischl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn das Personal freundlicher wäre, würde ich gerne weiter dort einkaufen, weil es dort eigentlich schöne Sachen gibt. Auch die Tatsache, daß man NACH EINEM TAG die Ware nicht mehr gegen sein Geld, sondern nur gegen einen läppischen Gutschein zurückgeben kann, vergrault mich als Kundschaft für immer. Die Geschäftspolitik finde ich Kundenfeindlich :-( If the staff were friendlier, I would like to continue shopping there, because there are actually nice things. Even the fact that one can not return the goods after a day in exchange for his money, but only for a silly coupon, shuns me as a clientele forever. The business policy I find anti-client :-(

Allerdings würde ich diesmal von der Beratung sehr enttäuscht. Im Endeffekt habe och durch ungenügende Beratumg wesentlich mehr geld ausgegeben und konnte sie Artikel, mit guter Begründung nicht Umtauschen. Eine bessere Beratung hätte dies verhindern können!!! Basically, I like the bed storage, the renovation was worth it and the business has improved significantly. However, this time I would be very disappointed with the advice. In the end, och spent a lot more money due to insufficient advice and could not exchange items, with good reason. Better advice could have prevented this !!!

The supply of goods is beautiful and plentiful and not expensive. The staff is very kind and helpful. I can only recommend it to everyone.
M	Martin Wanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben am Dienstag, den 11.08.2020, eine bezahlte Couch abgeholt und für den Transport in einem größeren Auto einen (älteren) Freund um Hilfe gebeten. Bei der Ankunft im Geschäft hat es seitens einer weiblichen Mitarbeiterin geheißen, beim Tragen zum Auto bräuchten sie eh nicht helfen, da eh die ganze SIPPSCHAFT da wäre. Wir fragten nach, wie wir ihre Wortwahl jetzt verstehen dürften, worauf sie erwidert, sie hätte das anders gemeint. Ein sehr junger männlicher Mitarbeiter hat beim Tragen geholfen und wollte uns sogar beim Befestigen im Auto helfen. Es gibt wohl solche und solche Mitarbeiter, aber die Wortwahl zu Kunden sollte vielleicht einmal überdacht werden. In Imst 2 Tage später war das Personal sehr freundlich dagegen. Picked up a paid couch on Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 and asked an (older) friend for help with the transport in a larger car. When she arrived at the shop, a female employee said that she didn't need to help when she was carried to the car, because the whole SIPPSCHAFT would be there anyway. We asked how we should understand her choice of words now, to which she replies that she meant it differently. A very young male employee helped us carry it and even wanted to help us fasten it in the car. There are such and such employees, but the choice of words for customers should perhaps be reconsidered. In Imst two days later, the staff was very friendly against it.

Die Mädels was drinnen arbeiten sind sehr lieb und freundlich, von der männlichen Marktleitung was drinnen arbeitet, habe ich bis heute noch NIE ein Grüß Gott,Hallo oder sonst was bekommen.Sehr unfreundlich !!! Und nach diesem Vorfall heute,muss ich leider sagen, es war das letzte Mal dass ich in dieser Filiale war !!! SCHADE Und werde mich natürlich an die oberste Geschäftsleitung wenden! I am a regular customer of the Danish bedstead and I really like it, the renovation was really worth it, it has become very nice. The girls are working inside which are very nice and friendly, from the male market leader what works inside, I have until today still NEVER a hello, hello or get anything else. Very unfriendly !!! And after this incident today, I have to say unfortunately, it was the last time that I was in this branch !!! WHAT A SHAME And I will of course contact the top management!
