Wild das Teil ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken. Leider kein Grund mehr, das Geschäft nochmals zu betreten. Die Konkurrenz ist einfach besser. . While you are being dismissed because there is no big business to be done and you want to save yourself work, the company Wild ordered the part without batting an eyelid. Unfortunately no more reason to re-enter the shop. The competition is just better. .

Dabei wurde ich vom Herrn Becker bedient, den ich als sehr kompetenten und äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeiter in Erinnerung behalten werde. Aber auch die anderen anwesenden Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde weg wohl. Da kann ich nur den Hut ziehen. 5 von 5 Sternen! Weiter so! :) Bravo! Excellent service and very friendly staff. Got the Longines HydroConquest there. I was served by Mr. Becker, whom I will remember as a very competent and extremely friendly employee. But the other employees present were also very courteous. The ambience is very inviting and you feel comfortable from the first second. I can only take my hat off. 5 out of 5 stars! Keep it up! :)

Gruber beraten, perfekt vorbereitet und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem, einfach klasse. I have seldom felt so comfortable in a store from the first phone call to today when I bought the watch. Ms. Gruber advised me, prepared me perfectly and was very courteous. All in all, just great.

Eigenartig war der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin, mutmaßlich in Ausbildung, die weder eine anständige Begrüßung noch irgendeinen adäquaten Empfang zusammen brachte. Anders als sonst üblich wurde auf hygienische Maßnahmen, wie Desinfektion der Ohrringe, streng verzichtet. Die äußere, gediegene Präsentation spiegelt sich nicht im tatsächlichen Einkaufserlebnis wider und hinterließ bei uns einen schalen Nachgeschmack. Ein Stern gebührt dem Innenarchtikten. Before Christmas we were looking for earrings for my wife, we didn't find them here, but that's not the point of criticism either. The reception by the employee was strange, presumably in training, who brought neither a decent greeting nor any adequate reception together. In contrast to the usual practice, hygienic measures such as disinfecting the earrings were strictly avoided. The external, dignified presentation is not reflected in the actual shopping experience and left us with a stale aftertaste. The interior architect deserves a star.

Leider gab's technische Probleme mit der neuen Uhr..aber dem Juwelier mach ich keinen Vorwurf, er baut die Uhren ja nicht! Garantie war kein Thema, alles gut! ? Nachtrag vom 06.04.2022: Habe eine brandneue Uhr bekommen..Herr Mayrhofer hat mich persönlich angerufen! Top Service!!? Top jeweler, great atmosphere in the shop and everyone is very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately there were technical problems with the new watch..but I don't blame the jeweler, he doesn't build the watches! Warranty was not an issue, all good! ? Addendum from April 6th, 2022: Got a brand new watch..Mr. Mayrhofer called me personally! Great service!!?
