Aufgrund seiner gesamtheitlichen Herangehensweise kommen aber auch Koordination, Beweglichkeit und Entspannung nicht zu kurz. Seine sensitive Arbeitsweise fokussiert auf den ganzen Menschen in allen seinen Facetten. So kann er (trainingsspezifische) Probleme aufdecken und so zum Trainingsziel beitragen. I have valued Jürgen Zuba for over 15 years because of his enormous expertise in training, both in strength and endurance training. Due to his holistic approach, coordination, flexibility and relaxation are not neglected either. His sensitive way of working focuses on the whole person in all his facets. In this way he can uncover (training-specific) problems and thus contribute to the training goal.
