Ich rate explizit von der Zusammenarbeit ab, da Herr Wieser im Rahmen einer meiner Transaktionen vertrauliche Informationen an Dritte herausgegeben hat, welche nicht der Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung entsprochen hat. Er gehört wohl eher zu jenem Teil am Markt, welcher sich durch Aktivitäten im rechtlichen Graubereich Vorteile verschaffen möchte. Vorsicht!
 I am writing here as a seller of an umbrella project. I explicitly advise against working together, as Mr. Wieser disclosed confidential information to third parties as part of one of my transactions that did not comply with the confidentiality agreement. He probably belongs to that part of the market that wants to gain advantages through activities in the legal gray area. Caution!
