Die nette Dame hat aber sofort überrissen das die Zuleitung doch verkalkt ist und hat das innerhalb 3 Minuten behoben. Bezahlt habe ich nix. Super ? I was there with my law. She didn't draw any more water. Since I always decalcified, I thought the part was broken. The nice lady immediately overcame that the supply line was calcified and fixed it within 3 minutes. I didn't pay anything. Super ?

Leider weiss ich nicht wie der etwas ältere Herr heisst, aber auf jeden Fall danke für die Hilfe mit dem Cappuccino Auslauf! Ich kann Jura nur weiter empfehlen speziell diese Filiale. Great service, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the older man, but thank you for the help with the cappuccino spout! I can only recommend Jura, especially this branch.

M	Marcus Leitfried on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service!!! Kurze Erklärung: Ena8 Kauf 01/2020 Mediamarkt Wr. Neustadt. Leider wegen zwei defekten in Reparatur. (Reparatur zügig und kompetent bei jurastore Krumbach) Leider ein Montagsmodell erwischt die Probleme wurde leider danach nicht besser. Kann leider passieren. Zur Ena8 ein Top Gerät allerdings nur für Singlehaushalt ansonsten klein, stylish und sehr gute Espresso und auch andere Getränke. Kontakt mit Jura Österreich in Röthis mit dem Ergebnis ich möge die Maschine einsenden. Zügig das Etikett erhalten und drei Tage danach der Anruf die Ena8 wird zum Kaufpreis gutgeschrieben und ich kann mir ein gleiches im 1:1 Austausch, oder besseres Modell gegen Aufpreis kaufen. Was soll man da noch sagen. Nach 10 Monaten in Gebrauch ein so kulantes und unkompliziertes Service anzubieten ist der Wahnsinn. Das sollen mal alle anderen Hersteller nachmachen. (ganz miese Erfahrungen mit De......) Die S8 ist es geworden und ein Top Gerät wie sie sich in den Jahren schlägt kann jetzt noch keiner sagen ich hoffe ohne Probleme! Top service !!! Unsere Jura E80 hat beim spülen seltsame Geräusche gemacht, jedoch nicht irgendeinen Fehler angezeigt. Daraufhin sind wir zu Jura gefahren und die freundlichen Angestellten haben sich direkt der Sache angenommen. 2-3 Werktage später konnen wir den Vollautomaten wieder abholen. Ein Motor war defekt. Jura hat dies zu unserer Überraschung auf Kulanz ausgetauscht - TOP! Ich kann Jura wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, die Maschinenen sowie die kompetenten Angestellten. Vielen Dank Jura-Team. We know it: 24 months guarantee and something happens in 25 months! Our Jura E80 made strange noises when rinsing, but it did not display any errors. Then we went to Jura and the friendly staff took care of the matter straight away. 2-3 working days later we can pick up the fully automatic machine again. A motor was defective. To our surprise, Jura exchanged this on goodwill - TOP! I can really only recommend Jura, the machines and the competent employees. Thank you law team.
