War heute dort um mit ein Starterset zuzulegen und wurde sehr gut beraten.Mir wurden sehr viele Tipps und Tricks erklärt um mir den Abblauf und das Arbeiten zu errleichern, da ich relativ wenig Erfahrung habe. Hab mich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und man hatt gespürt das die Dame weiß wovon sie spricht. Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Top! Komme sehr gerne wieder.
I can only recommend. Was there today to get a starter set and was very well advised. I was given a lot of tips and tricks to make the process and work easier for me, as I have relatively little experience. I felt very well taken care of at all times and you could feel that the lady knows what she is talking about. Very competent and friendly. Top! I would love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor knapp 2 Jahren das erste Mail bei Juliana Nails im Sillpark, weil ich eine UV-Lampe geschenkt bekommen habe und Gel-Nägel testen wollte. Die netten Damen haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um mir Schritt-für-Schritt zu erklären, wie man dabei am besten vorgeht und welche Produkte sie dafür empfehlen würden. Komme seitdem regelmäßig vorbei und bin immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert von der Beratung aller Mitarbeiterinnen (Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Kompetenz). Versorge seither auch meine Verwandten, die etwas weiter entfernt zu einem Shop wohnen, mit Produkten; bei der guten und persönlichen Kundenbetreuung vermeidet man gerne freiwillig den bequemeren Weg über den Onlineshop!
The first mail was at Juliana Nails in the Sillpark almost 2 years ago because I was given a UV lamp and wanted to test gel nails. The nice ladies took a lot of time to explain to me step by step how best to proceed and which products they would recommend for this. I've been coming by regularly since then and I'm always enthusiastic about the advice given by all the employees (friendliness, helpfulness, competence). Since then I have also been supplying my relatives who live a little further away from a shop with products; With good and personal customer service, people are happy to voluntarily avoid the more convenient way via the online shop!
