★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde Gyrotonic einfach großartig. Diese fließenden und runden Bewegungen um die Körpermitte, hinterlassen bei mir ein gutes und befreites Körpergefühl . Julia ist sehr kompetent, erklärt jede Bewegung professionell und ist immer ansteckend gut gelaunt.
? Ich kann Julia und Gyrotonic nur weiterempfehlen.
 I think Gyrotonic is just great. These flowing and round movements around the middle of the body leave me with a good and liberated body feeling. Julia is very competent, explains every movement professionally and is always infectiously in a good mood.
? I can only recommend Julia and Gyrotonic.
