★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde das so ein Institut unparteiisch sein sollte oder zu mindest so wirken sollte!
Leider funktioniert das mit dem Herrn Ul... (besuchsbegleiter) Überhaupt nicht mehr.
Am Anfang hat das super funktioniert (die ersten 3 Termine) ,Aber Jetzt mittlerweile Gibt er mir nur noch paar Stunden vorher bekannt wann der nächste Termin stattfindet.. und noch kommt dazu Dass er mir die Zeiten so raus sucht dass ich das fast nicht schaffe den Termine wahrzunehmen!
Ich möchte niemanden was unterstellen aber ich habe das Gefühl dass er dass Absichtlich macht oder er einfach inkompetent ist!
 I think that such an institute should be impartial or at least appear to be so!
Unfortunately, that doesn't work with Mr. Ul... (visiting attendant) at all anymore.
In the beginning it worked great (the first 3 appointments), but now he only lets me know a few hours in advance when the next appointment will take place.. and on top of that he looks for the times so that I can hardly manage it keep the appointments!
I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but I have the feeling that he's doing it on purpose or he's just incompetent!
