Very comfortable and soft bed, brilliant pillow and blanket, I could rest very nicely. The shower gel and hand soap are very nice smelling and make a smooth foam. Clean and soft white towels. There is a hair dryer. Lots of space to deposit your stuff in the room. I like the style of the standing shower.
Breakfast was included in the room cost and it was really nice and tasty. I like that the soft eggs were soft indeed. I would have a recommendation to have some gluten free bread for the ones with intolerance. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which is good for those who have to travel early.
We had some pizza in the evening and I assume it was taken from the freezer. It was warm and that's it. Quality very poor. 2 fingers of bread and some things above just for a bit of taste.
I gave 4 stars because of the noise from outside. We had window at the street and the tram was going ever 10 min. Even with the closed window was really loud. Also at 5 am the garbage truck came and made terrible noise.
Even when the tram was loud in the night, the advantage of the hotel is that the tram station is nearby and you can reach the city centre very quickly.
The hotel is 10-13 minutes away from the airport which is really a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in late at night. Even after 11 there is a way to arrange for the keys, but you have to inform them earlier. As for the stay, i was there for a week, it was comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, a typical Western breakfast. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. One thing that can be improved is to have a official luggage storage room, were guests can leave their things, if they have to check out early but have to wait for a late evening flight. Although there wasn't an official room, the staff were kind enough to hold it for us. Overall a very pleasant experience and a good place to stay. There is a bus that goes directly to airport and it's 15 minutes in tram from Jakominiplaz. The McDonald's close by was very useful to have late night coffees.
