Besonders zu empfehlen ist der marinierte Schopf zum Grillen. Aber auch die Bratwurstvariationen von Kürbiskern und Stollenkäse sind ein Hit.
Die sehr gesellige Familie ist immer für ein Gespräch zu haben.

That's how it should be. Pig farmer with farm slaughter. Hardly any stress for the animal that can come directly from the barn into the slaughter room.
Especially recommended is the marinated Schopf for grilling. But also the fried sausage variations of pumpkin seed and stollen cheese are a hit.
The very sociable family is always up for a conversation.
Highly recommended.
