So muss Kundenservice :) Gerne wieder! I have now ordered the second time and the quality of the goods (in my case now 7 pieces of heavy-duty industrial shelving) is sensational. The friendly and understanding service reports immediately in the event of problems, is accommodating (only unpacked and noticed after 2 months) and sends on a cross brace that was delivered defective. Bought a fence from the Steiner company two weeks ago, were on site, Mr. Christian Ludwig, very competent and tried hard, gave us a friendly welcome, gave us expert advice according to our wishes and ideas. Besonders Herr Markus Schauer hat uns bereits mehrmals vorzüglich beraten und auch geholfen. Sogar anstehende Lieferprobleme seitens einer Zustellerfirma (nicht Fa.Steiner direkt) wurden perfekt und geduldig gelöst. So appealing, clear and spacious business premises! Attentive, helpful, competent and above all pleasantly polite staff! Mr. Markus Schauer in particular has given us excellent advice and also helped us several times. Even upcoming delivery problems on the part of a delivery company (not directly from Steiner) were solved perfectly and patiently.
