★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe keinen Anschluss für meine Waschmaschine gehabt, in der früh wurden 2 Mitarbeiter der Fa. Klausriegler von der GWG informiert und noch am selben Tag haben sie dieses Problem gelöst.
Die Arbeiten wurden sehr kompetent und schnell durchgeführt.
Zusätzlich haben sie noch geschaut, ob die Waschmaschine richtig läuft und ob keine undichten Stellen auftauchen.
Bin super zufrieden das alles so reibungslos funktioniert hat.
Riesen Dank an die 2 netten Kollegen ?.
Didn't have a connection for my washing machine, in the morning 2 employees of the Klausriegler company were informed by the GWG and on the same day they solved this problem.
The work was carried out very competently and quickly.
They also checked whether the washing machine was running properly and whether there were any leaks.
I'm super satisfied that everything worked so smoothly.

Wir hatten in unserer Wohnung einen Rohrbruch, der heute von der Firma Klausriegler repariert wurde. Obwohl sie überfüllt sind mit Terminen, haben wir sehr schnell Hilfe bekommen.
Die Mitarbeiter waren wie ausgemacht, sehr pünktlich anwesend und haben den Fehler sofort erkannt und gleich gewusst, was zu machen ist. Ein großes Lob an die kompetenten Fachmänner. Die Arbeit war sehr schnell erledigt und ich bin sehr überzeugt, über die rasche Abwicklung des Prozesses.
Der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist ausgesprochen nett, sehr freundlich und man bekommt auf alles eine Antwort. Es wird sich auch Zeit genommen und man bekommt auch anschließend eine professionelle Beratung.
Ich hatte schon öfters Kontakt mit der Firma Klausriegler und alle Mitarbeiter, die mir zur Hilfe standen, sind sehr kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen, da ich von ihrer Dienstleistung sehr begeistert bin. Ebenfalls habe ich die Firma schon öfters weitervermittelt und werde dieses auch so für die Zukunft beibehalten.

We had a broken pipe in our apartment that was repaired today by the Klausriegler company. Even though they are overflowing with appointments, we got help very quickly.
As agreed, the employees were there very punctually and recognized the mistake immediately and immediately knew what to do. Kudos to the competent specialists. The job was done very quickly and I am very confident about the speed at which the process was carried out.
Dealing with the customer is extremely nice, very friendly and you get an answer to everything. They also take their time and get professional advice afterwards.
I have had contact with the Klausriegler company several times and all of the employees who helped me are very competent, friendly and helpful.
I can only recommend this company because I am very enthusiastic about their service. I have also referred the company several times and will keep it that way for the future.
