★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Frau wird man bei ihnen nur als dumm angesehen. Es werde Sachen ausgetauscht ohne vorher informiert zu werden. Kabel falsch angeschossen, weswegen 3 Resiver kaputt gegangen sind, und die Schuld wird dem Kunden gegeben. Man muss sich die WLAN Antenne selber installieren, weil der Chef es "übersieht". Wenn man um Lesebestätigung bittet kommt nicht's zurück. Zusagen werden nicht gehalten. Ich darf jetzt Kabelgebühr für 8 Monate bezahlen obwohl es höchstens 14 Tage funktioniert hat.
Mein Fazit ist, will man über den Tisch gezogen werden ist man bei ihnen richtig.
As a woman, they just see you as stupid. Things are exchanged without being informed beforehand. Cable connected incorrectly, which is why 3 resivers broke, and the customer is to blame. You have to install the WLAN antenna yourself because the boss "overlooks" it. If you ask for a read receipt, it doesn't come back. Promises are not kept. I am now allowed to pay the cable fee for 8 months even though it worked for a maximum of 14 days.
My conclusion is, if you want to be ripped off, you are right with them.
