★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässiger Installateur, hat es als unnötig empfunden, Termine wahr zu nehmen oder diese gar telefonisch abzusagen. Haben drei Monate auf ihn gewartet, der Hausbau ist Dank ihm still gestanden.
Um nicht nur schlechtes zu sagen: er hat uns einmal per Kurier Rohre gesendet, allerdings hat er es nicht als nötig empfunden, diese einzubauen. Die Rechnung kam natürlich trotzdem.

Not to say bad things: he once sent us pipes by courier, but he didn't feel it was necessary to install them. The bill came anyway, of course.
