Nach Rücksprache mit dem Versandshop konnte mein Anliegen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit meinerseits gelöst werden. Die Reklamation hat ausgesprochen gut funktioniert und mein Geld wurde mir sogleich rücküberwiesen - genau so stellt man sich das vor, wenn mal etwas nicht passt - kann den Shop daher wirklich weiterempfehlen
Unfortunately, when I placed my order, the post office damaged my package. After consulting the mail order shop, my request was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The complaint worked extremely well and my money was immediately transferred back to me - that's exactly how you imagine it if something doesn't fit - so I can really recommend the shop to others
