We love our annual farm vacation so much. Been driving to Johanna for 12 years and it's always an experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 3 Tage auf Urlaub mit unseren Mädls (5,11)
Der Hof ist sehr gepflegt. Das Essen (Halbpension) war köstlich, die Portionen sehr groß. Alles selbst gemacht, angefangen bei den Säften bis hin zur Marmelade. Die Kinder und auch wir durften jeden Abend bei der Stallarbeit mithelfen (Kühe und Schweine füttern, Schweine baden, Stall ausmisten, mit dem Traktor mitfahren) Eier einsammeln, Ziegen füttern und mit ihnen spazieren gehen. Es gibt am Hof auch ein Pool, Trampolin, Sandkiste, Tischtennistisch, Volleyball--und Fußballnetz. Die Kinder finden immer eine Beschäftigung ;) An einem Abend hat die Gastgeberin für uns ein Lagerfeuer gemacht.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich,sehr geduldig und lieb zu den Kindern. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für sie und erklärt auch was, wieso gemacht wird, bezieht uns mit in ihren Alltag ein, wenn das gewünscht wird.
Wir hatten auch unseren Golden Retriever mit. Unser Hund durfte die ganze Zeit ohne Leine am Hof herumlaufen und tun und lassen was ein Hundeherz begehrt.
Alles in allem ein gelungener wunderschöner Kurzurlaub - sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank dafür
We were on vacation for 3 days with our girls (5, 11)
The farm is very well maintained. The food (half board) was delicious, the portions very large. Everything is homemade, from the juices to the jams. The children and we were allowed to help with the stable work every evening (feeding cows and pigs, bathing pigs, mucking out the stable, riding the tractor), collecting eggs, feeding goats and going for a walk with them. There is also a pool, trampoline, sandpit, table tennis table, volleyball and soccer net in the yard. The children always find something to do;) One evening the hostess made a campfire for us.
The hostess is very friendly and warm, very patient and kind to the children. She takes time for you and also explains what is being done and why, including us in her everyday life, if that is desired.
We also had our golden retriever with us. Our dog was allowed to run around the farm without a leash and do whatever a dog's heart desires.
All in all, a successful, wonderful short break - highly recommended. Thanks a lot for this
