Der erworbene 19mm Schiffboden in A Qualität, weist nur 18mm Stärke auf und über 20 Prozent der Bretter entsprechen nur der B Qualität. Nach Rücksprache mit Ziegner, wurde mir eine Gutschrift angeboten und im gleichen Zuge der weitere Verkauf von Waren an mich eingestellt. Dies sind Geschäftspraktiken auf tiefstem Niveau. Unfortunately a big disappointment. The acquired 19mm ship bottom in A quality is only 18mm thick and over 20 percent of the boards are only of B quality. After consulting with Ziegner, I was offered a credit and at the same time the further sale of goods to me was discontinued. These are business practices at the lowest level.

Als wir eine vor 2 Wochen zuviel gekaufte Ware umtauschen wollten wurden wir beschimpft diese dort nicht gekauft und beschädigt (ein Lackstrich durch den Firmeneigenen Hubstapler) zu haben. Daraufhin wurden wir angepöbelt und quasi verjagt und der Kauf anderer Ware verweigert. Mit den Worten gib’s ihm halt wurde aber auch eine Öffnung der Pakete zwecks Kontrolle verweigert. Wir haben dort 1.000ende von Euros gelassen Holz zu überhöhten Preisen gekauft und 30% entsprach nicht einer AQualität. Die Bretter biegen sich bereits. Ein Geschäft wo man sein Geld nicht hintragen sollte. Poor quality is sold as A quality.
