T	Thomas Gleiszner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2019 bin ich Kunde bei der Fa. Winterleitner und kann bis heute 2022 nur positives berichten. In der Zeit wurde ein Gebrauchtwagen und ein Neuwagen gekauft, wo ich damals sehr gute Konditionen bekommen habe in Verbindung eines Eintauschwagens. Da ich Taxiunternehmer bin muß ich mit meinen Autos ca. 2x im Jahr zum Service und bin sehr zufrieden. Man bekommt Service, den man in anderen Werkstätten nicht mehr bekommt. Es wird das Scheibenreinigungswasser nachgefüllt und beim Diesel Adblue, ob es nun nötig ist oder nicht - es ist dabei, was bei manchen Werkstätten extra verlangt werden muß. Was ich besonders hervorheben muß sind die Mitarbeiter, die alle immer sehr bemüht sind. Der Chef persönlich übernimmt und übergibt die Autos, sofern es möglich ist und man wird immer gefragt ob man einen Kaffee oder etwas anders zum trinken haben möchte. Es ist sicher die billigste Werkstatt, aber wer schon mal bei Mercedes Wiesenthal war, wird schnell merken, bei der Fa. Winterleitner ist es doch günstiger, bei gleicher Qualität. Auch bei Fremdmarken ist man hilfsbereit. Und wer seinen Wagen gerne mit schönen Felgen und generell mit Zubehör ausstatten will hat in der Teileabteilung mit Hrn. Weinwurm einen sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter, der sehr geduldig ist und sich wirklich die Zeit nimmt und auch Empfehlungen abgibt. Bei Neuwagen- und Gebrauchtwagen ist Herr Kupfer besonders hervorzuheben, der sich auch um Sachen rundherum kümmert, Wie Anmeldung, Abmeldung und adminsitratives mit der Mercedes Bank. Die Fa. Winterleitner ist sicher nicht die billigste Werkstatt, aber hier bekommt man das, was man sich von Mercedes erwartet zu einem vernünftigen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Als Inhaber vom Stadttaxi Groß Enzersdorf werde ich auch weiterhin meine Fahrzeuge dort zum Service bringen. I have been a customer of Winterleitner since 2019 and I can only report positive things to this day in 2022. During this time, a used car and a new car were bought, where I got very good conditions in connection with a trade-in car. Since I am a taxi operator, I have to have my cars serviced about twice a year and I am very satisfied. You get service that you can't get in other workshops. The washer fluid is refilled and the diesel Adblue, whether it is necessary or not - it is included, which some workshops have to ask for extra. What I particularly have to emphasize are the employees, who always try very hard. The boss personally takes over and hands over the cars, if possible, and you are always asked if you would like a coffee or something else to drink. It is certainly the cheapest workshop, but anyone who has ever been to Mercedes Wiesenthal will quickly notice that it is cheaper at Winterleitner, with the same quality. They are also helpful with foreign brands. And if you would like to equip your car with nice rims and accessories in general, Mr. Weinwurm is a very dedicated employee in the parts department, who is very patient and really takes the time and also makes recommendations. When it comes to new and used cars, Mr. Kupfer is particularly noteworthy, as he also takes care of everything related to this, such as registration, deregistration and administrative work with the Mercedes Bank. The Winterleitner company is certainly not the cheapest workshop, but here you get what you expect from Mercedes at a reasonable price/performance ratio. As the owner of Stadttaxi Groß Enzersdorf, I will continue to bring my vehicles there for service.

Update: auch heute wieder alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Friendly, competent reception from the boss, quick processing, fair pricing. Completely satisfied, will be back. Update: everything done to our complete satisfaction again today.
B	B Zucker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im November 2021 habe ich diese Mercedes Fachwerkstatt zum 1. Mal bezüglich eines technischen Fehlers aufgesucht. Die telefonische Terminvergabe erfolgte sehr freundlich und trotz vieler Aufträge (Reifenumsteck-Saison) wurde mir kurzfristig ein Termin zugesagt. Der Serviceberater hat den Fehlerspeicher ausgelesen, die Ursache sofort gefunden und mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Lösung inkl. Kostenschätzung mitgeteilt. Ich habe die Reparatur sofort durchführen lassen. Nach ca. einer Stunde war das Problem gelöst, der Rechnungsbetrag entsprach der Kostenschätzung ohne wenn und aber. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt fährt der Mercedes wieder einwandfrei und ich bin froh, dass mein Auto dort repariert wurde. Herzlichen Dank für die professionelle Abwicklung und die freundliche Kundenbetreuung! In November 2021 I visited this Mercedes specialist workshop for the first time regarding a technical error. Appointments were made over the phone in a very friendly manner and despite many orders (tire changeover season) I was promised an appointment at short notice. The service advisor read out the error memory, found the cause immediately and gave me a solution including a cost estimate within a few minutes. I had the repair done immediately. The problem was solved after about an hour, the invoice amount corresponded to the cost estimate without any ifs and buts. Since then, the Mercedes has been driving flawlessly again and I am glad that my car was repaired there. Many thanks for the professional handling and the friendly customer service!
