A	A K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegt eigentlich ganz nett am Ende einer Sackgasse und ca. 500 Meter vom Golfplatz entfernt. Auch der Lift ist in Fußnähe zu erreichen. Allerdings möchte ich bei einem Urlaub entspannen. Dies ist aufgrund der Vermieterin nicht möglich. Es fängt an bei kontrolliertem Müll (ja, es wird in der Mülltüte geschaut ob man den Müll richtig trennt und bei Verfehlungen gibt es eine Belehrung) über Ermahnungen, man möge doch bitte morgens um 7 sich noch nicht bewegen weil man es im Haus hört über Kontrollbesuche durch Vorwände. Wir haben keinen einzigen Tag genossen, die Entspannung des Tages ist mit betreten des Hauses verflogen da die alte Vermieterin schon wieder lauert. The apartment or the house is actually quite nice at the end of a dead end and about 500 meters from the golf course. The lift is also within walking distance. However, I would like to relax on a vacation. This is not possible due to the landlady. It starts with controlled garbage (yes, it is looked at in the garbage bag if you separate the garbage properly and in case of misconduct there is an instruction) about exhortations, but please do not move in the morning at 7 because you hear it in the house Check visits by pretexts. We have not enjoyed a single day, the relaxation of the day with the entrance of the house since the old landlady lurking again.
G	G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung war sauber und bis auf das Bad in gutem Zustand. Es ist eine Singleküche vorhanden, mit Ausstattung für 2-3 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist angenehm offen und hat ein Bett als Couch stehen, sowie eine Sitzecke zum Essen. Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, winzig und hat nur ein Loch nach draußen zur Belüftung, sowie eine Falt-Tür zum Zimmer. Im Bad war eine Steckdose, welche nicht funktionierte und eine kleine Lampe. Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Skischuhe gibt es im Keller, der Lift und Skibus sind ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Vermieterin war zu Beginn sehr nett und achtete sehr auf Sauberkeit. Dann kam sie allerdings mehrfach ohne unser Wissen und unser Einverständnis in die von uns gemietete Wohnung, um Handtücher zu wechseln, Müll weg zu bringen und um unsere Kleidung umzuhängen, da ihr die Aufhängeorte nicht passten. Nach ihrem Besuch mussten wir uns noch ein Kommentar über Ordnung anhören, da wir unsere Skikleidung in der Wohnung zum Trocknen verteilt hatten. Wir haben ihr gesagt, dass wir dies inakzeptabel finden, daraufhin folgten Ausreden, wie dass dringend Müll weggebracht werden musste. Fazit: Wir werden dieses Haus nicht nochmal besuchen und können es auf Grund der oben beschriebenen Ereignisse auch nicht weiter empfehlen. The apartment was clean and in good condition except for the bathroom. There is a single kitchen with equipment for 2-3 people. The living room is pleasantly open and has a bed as a couch and a sitting area for dining. The bathroom is very old, tiny and has only one hole to the outside for ventilation and a folding door to the room. In the bathroom there was a socket that didn't work and a small lamp. There is an opportunity to dry your ski boots in the basement, the lift and ski bus are approx. 5-10 minutes' walk away. The landlady was very nice at the beginning and was very careful about cleanliness. But then she came several times without our knowledge and consent to the apartment we rented to change towels, take away rubbish and to hang our clothes, because the hanging places did not suit her. After her visit, we had to listen to a comment about order, as we had left our ski clothes in the apartment to dry. We told her that we found this unacceptable, followed by excuses such as urgent garbage removal. Conclusion: We will not visit this house again and cannot recommend it to others due to the events described above.
