So kurzfristig alles zu organisieren, echt top.
Die Wartezeiten waren dazwischen zwar unangenehm, aber bei der derzeitigen Situation verständlich. Kenne ja auch eure Arbeit von „normalen“ Zeiten. Kommunikation super und steht‘s bemüht um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Organizing everything at such short notice was really great.
The waiting times were unpleasant in between, but understandable given the current situation. I also know your work from “normal” times. Great communication and tries hard to please the customer.
