Im Gegenteil; es gibt den Shop für problemlose und einfache Bestellungen und den Außendienst für Fragen vor Ort. Dafür vergeben wir gerne We are customers of knoth.at. We observed the electronic development (shop) rather skeptically with the fear of losing the specialist field service of the company. On the contrary; there is the shop for easy and simple orders and the field service for questions on site. We are happy to forgive you for that

Die Ansprechperson war sehr unfreundlich und es war auch nicht möglich, das Ersatzteil zu bestellen. Daraufhin haben wir bei einer deutschen Firma mit dem gleichen Problem und der Seriennummer des Produktes angefragt und wir erhielten nach ca. 1,5 Stunden die gute Nachricht, daß das Ersatzteil zu bestellen kein Problem ist und es an uns ausgeliefert wird. Schade dass es in Österreich keinen so guten Service wie in Deutschland gibt! Wahrscheinlich hat es die Fa. Knoth nicht mehr notwendig. Bought a Knoth product and wanted to order a spare part for it. The contact person was very unfriendly and it was not possible to order the spare part. We then asked a German company with the same problem and the serial number of the product and after about 1.5 hours we received the good news that ordering the spare part is no problem and it will be delivered to us. It's a shame that there is no such good service in Austria as in Germany! The Knoth company probably no longer needs it.
