After two hours sitting there, a waiter suddenly came to request in an incredibly impolite tone of voice that my friend takes off her beanie. He then started discussing with me about the dresscode in Johann Frank and other Bars in Vienna making me feel as if I would be a „low class customer“. I am traveling a lot and I can tell you that I have never experienced such a bad service like in Johann Frank in Vienna. Please stay away.

k	kat w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately very disappointing culinary experience! the caesar‘s salad is a slice of iceberg salad topped with non-crispy croutons and shrimps and way too less dressing. the other salad contained only half of the ingredients stated in the menu and was therefore extremely boring. fish with green beans and celery puree was ok but nothing to remember or recommend. steak sandwich again way too less sauce and therefore just dry bread with meat. best part were the fries. we left quite unsatisfied and without any feedback even after telling the waiter about the missing salad ingredients.
