S	Said on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön und gut, dass auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird, aber auch wenn die „nette“ Mitarbeiterin bereits nach 22:46 den Boden gewischt hat,kann man den Kunden doch das Geschäft betreten lassen!? It's all well and good that attention is paid to cleanliness, but even if the “nice” employee has already mopped the floor after 10:46 p.m., you can still let the customer into the shop !?

Da kann es schon mal vorkommen, das man 2-3 Minuten extra an der Kassa wartet, weil die Dame um die Ecke tratscht bzw. das Regal einräumen anscheinend absolute Priorität hat. Good location, great range of goods but totally unfriendly staff. It can happen that you wait 2-3 minutes extra at the cash desk because the lady around the corner is gossiping or giving up the shelf seems to have absolute priority.

Ich habe was bezahlt und als ich mit Bankomat zahlen wollte, ist mir noch eingefallen das ich noch was brauchte. Als Antwort bekam ich sehr unhöflich das ich das extra zahlen müsste. So wäre es ja kein Problem aber der Ton war halt wirklich sehr unhöflich… bei meinem Kumpel dann wars halt noch nen tick schlimmer. Er wollte auch mit Bankomat zahlen aber der Bankomat hat grad gesteckt… er hat ganz normal gesagt das er festhängt und das das mal passieren kann. Als Antwort kam von der Kassiererin, das sie doch nichts dafür kann (Hat es aber sehr Abwertend gesagt.) Heute ist Weihnachten. Man möchte da vielleicht nicht arbeiten, aber das ist noch lange kein Grund so unhöflich zu sein. I've always had good experiences so far ... but unfortunately not at all today. A buddy and I were refueling. I paid something and when I wanted to pay with an ATM, it occurred to me that I still needed something. In response, I got very rude that I had to pay extra. So it wouldn't be a problem, but the tone was really very rude ... with my buddy it was just a bit worse. He also wanted to pay with ATM but the ATM was just stuck ... he said quite normally that he was stuck and that that could happen. The answer came from the cashier that she can't help it (but said it was very disparaging.) Today is christmas. You might not want to work there, but that is by no means a reason to be so rude.
