O	Oliver Morawitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man schon hier einkauft und tankt sollte man auch dementsprechend behandelt werden, es heißt doch der Kunde sei König. Aber wir wurden hingegen des Diebstahls beschuldigt und beschimpft bis aufs letzte und dann auch noch Polizei rufen als wäre das zuvor nicht genug. Ich persönlich werde diese Tankstelle meiden. If you already shop and refuel here you should be treated accordingly, it means the customer is king. But we were accused of theft and insulted down to the last detail and then called the police as if that weren't enough before. Personally, I will avoid this gas station.

Shop ist klein und bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, fast alle Service Kräfte sind keine Österreicher sondern aus dem benachbarten Ausland, ich Persönlich mag das nicht so gern. A jet petrol station, you want cheap refueling OK. The shop is small and a bit old, almost all the service staff are not Austrians but from neighboring countries, I personally don't like that very much.

Heut geht mi der Vogl an wegn dem...der 1 Stern kumd a weg...0 Sterne. Beschimpft mi...Schreit wos von Polizei und Diebstahl...Wegn 10 Gramm Zucker und 0,002 Liter Müch.. Er is scho vorher an aufgfoin wal a die Vakäuferin angangan is 5 moi rauchen pro Schicht geht ned...Wos stimmt mit dem Hawara ned....Jet...nie wieder. Is the Hawara deppat durt ... a cappuccino cost 1.90.- I take 3 munchies and 4 sugars with me. Today the Vogl goes away ... the 1 star kumd a away ... 0 stars. Insulted me ... Die Chefin und die anderen halfen meinem Freund überhaupt nicht. Er kontaktierte mich telefonisch und ich sagte, dass ich sofort per Online-Banking bezahlen würde. Dies haben sie nicht akzeptiert. Als Grund sagten sie mir, mein Freund sei Ungar und habe einen ungarischen Kennzeihen . Ich kam in einer Stunde nach Mattersburg und bezahlte. Als ich fragte, warum sie ihm nicht halfen, sagten sie, sie nur die Barbezahlung akzeptieren. Aber sie waren so unhöflich und aggressiv, dass sie mich provozierten und als ich genauso verhielt, drohten sie, die Polizei anzurufen. Ich wollte auch, dass sie unbedingt Polizei anrufen. Die Polizei kam und sie setzten ihre Aggression auch in Anwesenheit der Polizei fort. Man muss von dieser Tankstelle weg. Ich habe nie in schönem Burgenland so unfreundliches erlebt. Jet-Team von Mattersburg ist eine Schande für Burgenland!!! A friend of mine filled up at the gas station today. Unfortunately, he then realized that he was not taking any money with him. The reason they told me was that my friend was Hungarian and had a Hungarian license plate number. I got to Mattersburg in an hour and paid. When I asked why they didn't help him, they said they only accept cash payments. But they were so rude and aggressive that they provoked me, and when I did the same, they threatened to call the police. I also really wanted them to call the police. The police came and they continued their aggression even in the presence of the police. You have to get away from this gas station. I have never seen something so unfriendly in beautiful Burgenland. The Mattersburg jet team is a disgrace for Burgenland !!!
