Das Essen ist sehr lecker und aus dem Einheimischen zubereitet. Lecker Essen mit gutem Gewissen geht in Mayrhofen nur hier. Quaint, super cozy hut, real family business with its own farm and animal husbandry. The food is very tasty and made from the local. Delicious food with a clear conscience is only possible here in Mayrhofen.

Auf der Sonnenterrasse schmecken die, aus lokalen Zutaten zubereiteten Gerichte nochmal besser. Die Auszeichnung "bewusst Tirol" hebt das größtmögliche Bestreben hervor Produkte aus der Region zur Zubereitung der Speisen/Getränke zu verwenden. So stammt z.B. der Apfelsaft aus hauseigener Produktion und viele Schnäpse sind selbstgebrannt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - inmitten des Skizirkus eine tolle Einkehrmöglichkeit, die bestrebt ist Nachhaltigkeit so groß wie möglich zu schreiben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
