★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten beim Verkauf einer Wohnung. Versucht den Preis mit der Ausstattungen in die Höhe zu treiben. Keine bekanntgabe des Preises vor der Besichtigung. Anstatt dessen bekam ich nur unprofessionelle Antworten und Fragen.
 Very unprofessional behavior when selling an apartment. Try to drive up the price with the equipment. No announcement of the price before the viewing. Instead, I only got unprofessional answers and questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Jakschitz ist sehr bemüht, auch mit oft einfachen Mitteln EQUISITES zu präsentieren. Natürlich gibt es nach oben keine Grenzen, aber das ist ja gerade auch das Feingefühl, das OPTIMALE für Kunden leistbar herauszuholen. Sehr viele geschmackvolle, vor allem praktische Ideen, die durch die besondere Note den Wohnraum zu einem Schmuckkasterl machen. Dadurch freut man sich jeden Tag, daheim zu wohnen und von Besuchern auch deswegen Komplimente auch zu bekommen. Ich kann daher Frau Jakschitz sehr empfehlen.
Ms. Jakschitz makes every effort to present EQUISITES with often simple means. Of course, there are no limits to the top, but that is just the sensitivity to bring out the OPTIMALS for customers affordably. Many tasteful, especially practical ideas that make the living space a Schmuckkasterl by the special touch. This makes you happy every day to live at home and therefore also get compliments from visitors. I can therefore highly recommend Ms. Jakschitz.
