Einen aufmerksamen Gesprächspartner sucht man hier vergebens! Schade, Iventa! Ihr hattet immer so einen professionellen Eindruck vermittelt. The application processes are, in my opinion, chaotic and not transparent. You are interviewed on the phone without the other person listening. An attentive partner is looking for in vain! A pity, Iventa! You have always conveyed such a professional impression.

Keine Reaktion, keine Information! Wenn ich wieder neue Mitarbeiter suche werde ich sicher nicht mit Inventa zusammenarbeiten! Information insufficient! After 2 automatic rejections for no apparent reason, an e-mail asking for more transparency regarding the rejection. No reaction, no information! If I am looking for new employees again, I will definitely not work with Inventa!
