Iton Arlberg - Appartements

Super Appartments ,für Selbstversorger. Tolle Lage für Aktivitäten zu jeder Jahreszeit. Leider keine Haustiere erlaubt, sonst würde ich noch mehr Zeit dort verbringen.

SEHR intime Atmosphäre. Die Schlafcouch sollte nicht um 90 Grad gedreht werden sonst erhält man eine freundliche Mail vom Besitzer. Und bitte die Schuhe ausziehen! VERY intimate atmosphere. The bedcouch should not be rotated 90 degrees otherwise you get a friendly mail from the owner. And please take off the shoes!

War schon viele Male im Haus Iton und habe nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht in puncto Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit. Das Haus liegt ideal zum Einstieg ins Arlberg Ski- und Wandergebiet.

Hatte das Einzelappartement für vier Nächte. Kleine nette Küche für Selbstversorger, sowie TV und W-LAN. Konnte das Motorrad in der Einzelgarage parken, kostenlos. Alles sauber und gepflegt, sehr ruhig und sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Top Lage, nette Appartements, sehr nette Gastgeberin - das alles zu einem unschlagbaren Tarif. Gute Erreichbarkeit, da quasi direkt an der Bundesstrasse (trotzdem sehr ruhig!), dazu in ca 30 Schritten beim Aufzug(!) zur Schipiste. In Stuben sowieso alles fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Früh Brötchenservice, bei Bedarf Wellness im Partnerhaus gegen einen kleinen Obulus - Arlberg zum Genießen.

Freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre in sehr sauberem, gut ausgestatteten Appartement mit unkomplizierter Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Sehr hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Tolle Lage im malerischen Stuben mit direktem Einstieg ins Skigebiet. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schöne Appartements, gemütlich eingerichtet und ideal für Selbstversorger mit allem was man braucht. Wir fühlen uns wohl und kommen seit einigen Jahren sehr gerne wieder. Die Lage des Hauses mit nahegelegener Anbindung zur Piste, Skiraum, Brötchenservice und vor allem die herzliche Gastgeberin machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.

We’ve booked the accommodation on short notice to pay our friends from Germany on their skiing holiday a visit. Initially I booked the very small apartment for a very reasonable price. When phoning the landlord the booking was confirmed but then a day later the landlord called me again and said that a regular customer called her and booked the same apartment but she could book us into a bigger and more expensive (double priced) apartment. Since this was only two days before our arrival in high season and the price was still ok for Arlberg, I agreed. I arrived early and was happy to be let into the apartment early. At that time the landlord was polite in the expected manner towards guests. BUT, when my girlfriend arrived later that day the situation changed drastically. The next day the landlord called me and asked me to come to her office for settling the bill. There I was being shamed with utter fierceness how I dare to bring a foreigner to her place and we should leave as soon as possible. For a moment the landlord even demanded more money from us as confirmed all for racist, homophobic reasons. This attack came out of nowhere and is inexplicable. We therefore also neglected the written invitation to talk with the landlord the next morning. Other than that the place is well maintained, good value for money and probably a nice stay if you are from a German speaking decent. This is my first non five star rating as per usual I only give feedback when I’m positively surprised in this case it was unfortunately quite the opposite
