Hat überhaupt nichts mit dem verstaubten Image von alten Karatekursen zu tun, bei denen nur kämpfen und Drill im Vordergrund stehen. Bei Itokai werden auch Werte gelehrt, die Persönlichkeit gestärkt und Karate so kindgerecht aufbereitet, dass es den Kids total Spaß macht. Es wird auch super auf die unterschiedlichen Charaktere im Training eingegangen. Kann daher Itokai mit 5 Sternen nur empfehlen. Our guys feel totally comfortable with Itokai and they always enjoy training. Has nothing to do with the dusty image of old karate classes, where only fighting and drill are in the foreground. Itokai also teaches values, strengthens the personality and prepares karate so child-friendly that it is totally fun for the kids. It is also great on the different characters in training. Can recommend Itokai with 5 stars only.

Die Anforderungen im Training wachsen mit den Kindern in geeigneter Form mit. Die Kinder lernen hier außerdem viel mehr als "nur" Karate. Und auch als Erwachsener wird man im Training gefordert und gefördert. Für uns ist itokai die optimale Karate Schule. Danke Daniel! Danke Itokai! Really cool karate school! You feel really good. And that actually applies to (almost) the whole family! The requirements in training grow with the children in a suitable way. The children also learn a lot more than "just" karate. In 30 Jahren Kampfsport- und Wettkampferfahrung lernte ich viele Kampfsportschulen auf nationaler sowie auf internationaler Ebene kennen, aber ein Training auf solch niedrigem Niveau wie bei Itokai war mir zuvor noch nie untergekommen... Vor allem sollte Kickboxen nicht für Kämpfe im Wirtshaus und Schlägereien in Stiegenhäusern herangezogen werden - dies obliegt immer noch der Selbstverteidigung! Aufgrund der bei Itokai gesammelten Erfahrungen, war es mir allerdings - Gott sei Dank - möglich, eine gute Schule zu finden, wo wirklich ausgezeichnetes Training geboten und Kickboxen gelehrt wird! The heart does not seem to pump for martial arts here, but for money ... In 30 years of martial arts and competition experience, I got to know many martial arts schools on a national and international level, but training at such a low level as at Itokai was before me Never come across ... Die Kinder lernen wirklich was fürs Leben - Selbstbewusstsein, Wertschätzung, Nein sagen, Freude an der Bewegung und vieles mehr. Allein beim Zusehen bekommt man gute Laune. Ein herzliches DANKE! I think it's unbelievably great what you've done here and with how much dedication, patience and joy everyone is training with the children. The children really learn something for life - self-confidence, appreciation, saying no, enjoying exercise and much more. Just watching it gives you a good mood. Thank you very much!
N	Nicole Siegel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne, weil es ein sehr gelungenes Dojo ist. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich, die gesamte Kampffläche inkl. der Wände sind mit Matten verkleidet. Der Zuschauerbereich ist gemütlich. Da zuvor in einer Turnhalle einer Volksschule unterrichtet wurde ist der Unterschied natürlich gravierend. Ich persönlich finde den Karateunterricht sehr altersgerecht aufgebaut. Mein Sohn ist jetzt auch schon seit 4 Jahren dabei. Sehr toll finde ich auch die Monatsthemen und die Art der Aufarbeitung. Hier geht es nicht ums Kämpfen alleine, sondern um eine Grundhaltung, einer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und natürlich auch um Spaß. Dass sich mein Sohn im Notfall aber wehren kann (Selbstverteidigung) ist ein absolut gutes Gefühl für mich als Mutter! Auch die gesamte Organisation ist Top. Administrative Angelegenheiten können schnell und problemlos erledigt werden. Ein Lob an das gesamte Team! Bitte weiter so! 5 stars because it is a very successful dojo. The interior is bright and friendly, the entire battle area including the walls are covered with mats. The audience area is cozy. Since there was a lesson in a primary school gymnasium, the difference is obviously serious. I personally think that karate lessons are very age-appropriate. My son has been with us for 4 years now. I also really like the monthly topics and the way they are processed. This is not about fighting alone, but about a basic attitude, personal development and, of course, fun. That my son can defend himself in an emergency (self-defense) is an absolutely good feeling for me as a mother! The entire organization is also great. Administrative matters can be dealt with quickly and easily. Praise to the entire team! Please continue!

Nicht nur das, auch Selbstbewusstsein, Disziplin und Werte werden dem Kindern vermittelt. Die Trainer/sensei haben Freude am Beruf und an dem Sport, das merkt man. Vielen dank für eure tolle Arbeit. Kinder ab 3 Jahren lernen spielerisch in diesem Karate-Dojo nicht nur Kämpfen, sondern auch richtiges Verhalten in allen Lebenslagen. Die Eltern werden in den Unterricht mit einbezogen. Neben dem Training gibt es immer wieder tolle Aktionen und Veranstaltungen das gesamte Jahr über. Das Dojo in Langenrohr ist neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einzig die Erreichbarkeit ist nur mittels Auto möglich, dafür gibt es aber ausreichend Parkplätze. Abschließend wollte ich nur sagen, dass das Training welches meine Tochter wöchentlich besucht, mich selbst ermutigt hat am Training teilzunehmen.
