★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wird hier nicht groß geschrieben! Man wird von der Fa. Grohe hier hergeschickt, um bei einem Notfall zu helfen (kein Wasser in der gesamten Wohnung, wegen defektem Absperrventil) und ein relativ unmotivierter Mitarbeiter erklärt mir 5min vor Geschäftsschluß, er haben den Teil zwar lagernd, könne ihn mir aber nicht verkaufen, weil die Lagerarbeiter bereits 15min vor Geschäftsschluß heimgegangen sind. Ich arbeite in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb, unter anderem ist ISZ in Wien unserer Kunde. Vielleicht soll ich beim nächsten Mal wenn ISZ etwas von uns braucht, auch so agieren, schaun ob das ISZ dann auch so lustig findet.
Customer friendliness and willingness to help are not very important here! You are sent here by the Grohe company to help in an emergency (no water in the entire apartment, due to a defective shut-off valve) and a relatively unmotivated employee explains to me 5 minutes before business closes that he has the part in stock, but can give it to me do not sell because the warehouse workers went home 15 minutes before business hours. I work in a service company, among other things, ISZ in Vienna is our customer. Maybe next time the ISZ needs something from us, I should act like that, see if the ISZ finds it so funny.
